Attaching florals to the arbor: Zip ties are the easiest method — string a few together to get the length you need. If your florals are in foam with a plastic cage, you can zip tie directly through the cage. The posts are 6×6, so plan your zip tie length accordingly.

The kitchen is available for your caterer and vendors throughout your event.

The following applies to all couples regardless of cleaning preference.

• Take all personal items and décor with you, including anything from the ceremony site. If you would like to donate reusable décor for future Cedar Hills Farm couples, please leave it on the kitchen counters.
• Return all Cedar Hills Farm decor closet items to the kitchen counter at the end of the night.
• Pick up all petals (real or fake) from both inside and outside the venue.
• If you rented our linens, please leave them flat on the tables where they were when you arrived — do not bunch or pile them up.

To keep your $250 cleaning deposit.

Complete the following before leaving to receive your full deposit back.

• Collect garbage from all rooms, place it in black garbage bags, tie securely, and set bags in the grass next to the pine tree outside the groom suite for pickup. Please do not leave garbage on the asphalt.
• Stack all outdoor chairs on carts and roll them inside the barn.
• Sweep or vacuum any food from the floors.
• Mop or wipe up any spills.
• Wipe down kitchen counters, sink, and any appliances used.
• Dump any remaining ice into the grass to melt.
• Return cornhole bags and boards, yard Jenga, and yard dice to the covered patio.
• Replace the cover on the firepit if used.
