We keep our pricing honest and our offering generous. The list below is what's included with every booking — not a teaser, not a starting point. It's the rate.

The day, on your time

Access from 9 AM to 11 PM

You'll have the property from 9 AM to 11 PM — plenty of room for setup, hair and makeup, photos, and the slow exhale before the ceremony. No rushing.

Seating, sorted

Tables & Chairs

Up to 180 indoor + outdoor chairs, 19 five-foot rounds, three six-foot rectangles, an eight-foot rectangle, two cocktail tables, two wood tables, a bar, and a DJ booth — all included.

Already beautiful

String Lights & Draping

The barn comes with enchanting string lights and elegant white draping at no extra cost. The space stays neutral, so your colors and decor get to be the loudest thing in the room.

Calm before the day

1-Hour Rehearsal Walkthrough

Single-day packages include a one-hour rehearsal walkthrough at the ceremony site the evening before — subject to availability — so the wedding party knows exactly where to land.

Come back for the photos

Engagement & Bridal Portraits

You're welcome back on the property for engagement sessions or bridal portraits — the same rolling-hill backdrop, without the wedding-day clock.

Your team, your call

Vendor Flexibility

Bring your own caterer, photographer, florist, and bartender. We'll happily share a list of trusted local vendors if you want recommendations — but nothing is required.

A room of her own

The Bridal Suite

Six makeup stations, ample dress hanging space, a full-length reveal mirror, and comfortable seating with a beautiful view of the ceremony site.

Where the guys land

The Groom's Room

A comfortable sectional, a smart TV, and an air hockey table — the perfect spot for the groom and the groomsmen to relax (and stay out of the way) before the ceremony.

The decor closet

Candles, Vases & Centerpiece Decor

A curated collection of lanterns, votives, candles, and vases — available to pull from on your wedding day. It's yours to use.
